Role Overview: The Senior Process Expert supports daily financial processes including cost accounting, budget monitoring, accounts payable/receivable, and billing. Working within established procedures, they handle routine tasks of limited complexity, applying knowledge gained through training and experience. The role requires independent judgment within defined guidelines, with non-routine issues escalated as needed. This position provides a strong foundation for continued growth in accounting operations. Key Responsibilities: Execute routine accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, billing, and invoice processing Support cost accounting activities such as tracking and analyzing direct and indirect costs Assist in developing, monitoring, and reporting on budgets and cost variances Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles, standards, and internal controls Maintain and update financial records and documentation in line with organizational procedures Identify and resolve routine issues independently; escalate non-standard matters to senior staff Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations and reporting Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in daily workflows Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in accounting operations or finance. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Advance Excel. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Shift Timing: Rotational Day Shift Work Model: Hybrid.
