Job Description Your responsibilities: Leading and delivering financial transformation projects. Analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements. Assessing the impact of implemented improvements on process performance indicators (KPIs). Modeling processes using BPMN. Identifying innovative solutions to improve financial processes. Participating in the implementation of the SAP system. Qualifications What we are looking for: At least 5 years of experience in financial process optimization area. Minimum 1 year of experience leading optimization projects. Experience working with SAP. Familiarity with accounting and controlling processes. Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and process modeling principles as well as experience in financial transformation projects or programs. A university degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Management). English language skills at a communicative level (minimum B2) Basic knowledge of data analysis and interpretation of process KPIs. Ability to work in matrix and project-based organizational structures. A high sense of responsibility, reliability, ability to meet commitments and deadlines, strong self-organization, and effective priority management. Strong communication skills and the ability to implement process improvements. Knowledge of new technologies or a strong interest and ability in identifying solutions based on emerging technologies. Responsibilities
The Senior Process Improvement Specialist will lead and deliver financial transformation projects while analyzing and enhancing processes. They will assess the impact of improvements on KPIs and participate in the implementation of the SAP system.
