We are seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Process Integration Engineer to oversee and lead technology transfer projects for integrating High Voltage Silicon IGBTs and MOSFETs. This role is pivotal in bridging R&D and manufacturing, ensuring smooth process development and optimization for high-performance semiconductor devices.

About the job:

  • Supervise the technology transfer process for high voltage IGBT and MOSFET device integration.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Engineering, and Project Management to establish robust and scalable processes for next-generation power semiconductor devices.
  • Analyze device and process data with R&D to identify improvements and maximize production yield.
  • Support new product development initiatives and technology transfer activities to high-volume manufacturing.
  • Define and develop process flows for power product integration.
  • Provide technical support for photomask generation and process control monitoring (PCM) measurement specifications.
  • Create and integrate run cards for production operations.
  • Evaluate inline data to validate new process steps and ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Design and implement splitting plans for production trials.
  • Supervise and contribute to the development of manufacturing process FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).

About you:

  • Master’s degree in Semiconductor Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with semiconductor device processes, particularly power devices.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
