Communication skills are key here, to explain organizational objectives, assignments, and the big picture to the team, and to articulate team vision and clear objectives. Senior Process Manager Role and responsibilities: Partner with vertical leaders to understand business priorities and design engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment. Manage the Performance Management System (PMS) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) to ensure accountability and continuous improvement. Drive attrition control initiatives and implement succession planning for critical roles. Conduct pulse checks, analyze insights, and create actionable interventions. Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership teams, enabling informed decision-making through data and analytics. Work closely with the Program Leader to maintain balanced HR and Ops communication and ensure adherence to company policies. Execute HiPo development and career discussion programs for identified Analyst/Sr. Analyst groups. Implement measures to reduce grievance levels. Organize MTMs and conduct pulse meetings to strengthen engagement. Drive Rewards & Recognition programs to celebrate contributions and achievements. Close background verification cases with identified discrepancies or insufficiencies. Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards for program and process performance tracking. Technical and Functional Skills: The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience into HRBP role (Tech domain) Good exposure of performance appraisal, succession planning and stakeholder management. Experience required into employee engagement and connect activities. Good knowledge of excel and experience into preparing various trackers. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities. Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
Responsibilities
The Senior Process Manager will partner with vertical leaders to design engagement strategies and lead employee engagement programs. They will manage performance systems and drive initiatives for attrition control and succession planning.
