The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. The candidate must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. Additionally, candidate must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors. Key responsibilities:  * Develop original, well-crafted creative concepts for print and digital marketing that meet client briefs and adhere to established brand guidelines * Interpret creative briefs strategically, leveraging experience and industry knowledge to solve complex design challenges with innovative solutions * Provide creative direction to the projects interpret stakeholder feedback, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of projects * Multitask effectively and prioritize projects based on timelines, client expectations, and business needs * Demonstrate impeccable craft, strong creative concepts, and refined art direction across all deliverables  * Conduct quality control reviews to ensure all creative assets meet brand standards, compliance requirements, and business objectives * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and digital teams to maintain consistency and creative excellence  * Take ownership of feedback implementation—actively incorporating revisions, responding constructively to critique, and navigating ambiguity with confidence and professionalism * Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate creative standards   Required skills and expertise: * 8–10 years of experience in creative services, design, or marketing roles.  * Mastery of design fundamentals, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.  * Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) tools, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.  * Ability to interpret briefs and create world-class visual content aligned with strategic objectives.  * Strong art direction skills, with an exceptional eye for detail and consistency.  * Team-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving capabilities.  * Proficiency in AI-enabled creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly and other generative AI platforms) for concept exploration and design efficiency is a plus.  * Experience or working knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is an advantage.    eClerx is a global leader in productized services, bringing together people, technology and domain expertise to amplify business results.
