Job Title: Campaign Manager – Customer Acquisition & Offer Management Location: Mumbai Experience: 5+ Years Shift: EMEA Shift Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to drive customer acquisition, campaign execution, and offer strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in planning and managing end-to-end campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving business growth through data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, paid media, partnerships, etc.) Drive customer acquisition strategies to increase new user growth and improve conversion rates Design and implement targeted offers, promotions, and lifecycle campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, analytics, and creative teams Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as CAC, ROI, CTR, conversion rates Perform A/B testing to optimize campaigns and offers Analyze customer behavior and segmentation to improve targeting and personalization Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources Work with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms for campaign execution Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in campaign management / growth marketing / customer acquisition Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, affiliates, email marketing) Experience in offer management and promotional strategy Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, BI tools, etc.) Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, MoEngage, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Preferred Background: Experience in BFSI / Fintech / Credit Card campaigns is a plus Exposure to EMEA market campaigns will be advantageous Prior experience in performance marketing or lifecycle marketing
