Job Title: AI Engineer (Generative AI – Image Models) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI image models. The ideal candidate will be able to read and deeply understand technical documentation for image-based GenAI models and translate that knowledge into practical strategies for training, fine-tuning, and deploying models tailored to our specific business use cases. Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and interpret technical documentation for image generation and computer vision models (e.g., diffusion models, GANs, multimodal models - VLMs). Propose effective model training, fine-tuning, and adaptation strategies based on our use cases and data availability. Design and implement end-to-end model training pipelines, including data preparation, augmentation, and evaluation. Advise on model architectures, loss functions, and hyperparameter tuning for image-related tasks. Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to align AI solutions with business requirements. Evaluate trade-offs between open-source models, pre-trained models, and custom training approaches. Monitor and improve model performance, scalability, and efficiency. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, computer vision, and multimodal models.
