Exposure to automation technologies (Celonis Action Flows, RPA) or scripting.

    • Knowledge of cloud platforms and data tools (e.g. GCP, Looker, Python).
Responsibilities

The Senior Process Mining Analyst will work under the direction of the CoE Lead to design, build, and optimise Celonis data models, dashboards, and execution apps. The role will focus on uncovering inefficiencies, driving automation, and embedding process intelligence into day-to-day operations across the business. Key Responsibilities will include:

Build, maintain, and enhance Celonis process models and analysis dashboards.

  • Collaborate with spokes (e.g. Technology Operations, Logistics, Finance) to understand requirements and translate them into Celonis solutions.
  • Deliver actionable insights that uncover process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
  • Support the CoE Lead in documenting, standardising, and sharing best practices across Ocado.
  • Assist in onboarding new Celonis users, providing training, guidance, and ongoing support.

    • Coordinate with Celonis support teams and manage technical troubleshooting as required.
