About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Process Technician to join our team. You will run the Wetmix Nutritional process, standardising nutritional products for infants and other consumers. The main responsibilities of this role include.. Operating sophisticated, automated equipment in a dairy manufacturing process Ensuring all our products are manufactured in-spec and right first time Keeping the manufacturing environment to a high-quality standard Identifying deviations within an operational process based on situational work settings Problem solving and root cause analysis Supporting maintenance activity through autonomous maintenance and permit issuing Supporting the roll-out of the Integrated Work Systems framework Working in a great team environment, you will be focused and competent, with a proven history for reliability and eagerness to learn. This is very much a hands-on and independent role so if you are someone that is motivated to develop, has high attention to detail and would take pride in seeing products you make being consumed around the globe then we want to hear from you! Our shifts allow for plenty of flexibility and work life balance with 4 days off between shifts. Based on a rotational roster, you will be on a 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off (12.5 hour shifts) pattern.
