The Role Kyndryl is building a best-in-class Global Market Procurement team. We select individuals with the required experience and knowledge to join our white glove support team. The role requires leading strategic sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring procurement activities align with organizational goals. This role plays a key part in optimizing cost, quality, and delivery performance across the supply chain. Members of the team will not only learn industry standard source to pay best practice and process, but will apply agile, analytical, and problem resolution techniques to meet the needs and expectations of Kyndryl stakeholders. Daily tasks include but are not limited to: Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management Investigation/Analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business needs Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms Oversee procurement operations from requisition to delivery Payment related queries If you want to work in a team of young professionals that are at the center of making Kyndryl service a premium one for clients all over the globe, join us! And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others Required Professional and Technical Expertise: Fluency in English 2 years’ experience in Procurement, Finance or Accounts Payable.
