Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Procurement Director - Residential to lead our procurement efforts in the residential development sector. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader who can drive procurement strategies that enhance project outcomes, ensure cost efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of our innovative residential projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine comprehensive procurement strategies focused on optimizing value and quality for residential developments. Lead the procurement department, overseeing sourcing, negotiation, and contract management processes to ensure alignment with project needs and company objectives. Foster strong partnerships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, timely delivery, and quality assurance for all residential projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, and finance, to determine procurement requirements and develop solutions. Conduct advanced market assessments to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies. Establish and maintain procurement policies and procedures that adhere to regulatory standards and best practices. Mentor and develop procurement professionals within the team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Prepare strategic reports and presentations for executive management, outlining procurement performance and opportunities for enhancement. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly desirable. 15+ years of extensive procurement experience in the residential construction industry, with a strong focus on strategic leadership. Demonstrated success in leading complex procurement initiatives and managing high-value contracts. Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills to engage effectively with stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, with an ability to leverage market data and analytics for strategic decision-making. Proven leadership capabilities with experience in team development and management. In-depth knowledge of procurement software and tools, as well as industry standards and regulations. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
