We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Procurement Engineer.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Familiarity with procurement software and MS Office tools.

• Evaluate, select, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Review purchase requisitions, process purchase orders (POs), and track order fulfillment.
• Assist in tender management, including RFPs/RFQs creation, bid evaluation, and contract finalization.
• Conduct cost analysis and contribute to budget planning, identifying opportunities for savings and supplier consolidation.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage order tracking to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Maintain accurate vendor documentation, contracts, invoices, and delivery records.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure purchased goods meet company standards.
• Prepare procurement reports and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
• Assist with vendor credit applications and coordinate timely payments with the finance team.
