Senior Procurement Executive Assistant (Level 4 or 5) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Procurement Executive Assistant (Level 4 or 5) to join our dynamic team in Berkeley, MO. This is a rewarding, yet challenging leadership role that will report directly to the Vice President of BDS Supply Chain – Air Dominance. This role is suited for individuals with broad skill sets and experiences across the supply chain function, and employees with varied career paths are encouraged to apply. In this role, you will leverage your strengths to assist the team in effective communication, strategy and execution with suppliers supporting some of Boeing's largest programs, both production and development. Daily interfaces within BDS and across the enterprise are required to execute standard activities which include supplier strategy sessions, analysis of data and trends related to execution, and people interactions through the supply chain as well as its sister functions and the BDS LT. Day-to-day activities are varied. The role requires a high level of organization, self-starting motivation, and relationship management. Position Responsibilities: Facilitates the development of and manages operating rhythm for organization Designs and briefs high-impact, creative presentations Transforms data into clean, engaging visuals to tell a clear story Facilitates supplier introductions to buying teams Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects Analyzes and develops reports and/or utilizes reporting tools to measure key performance indicators, analyzes and prepares reports to measure internal performance-to-plan Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals Leads the development and implementation of strategies Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows Leads operations to drive alignment between the leadership team and enterprise objectives Leads cross-functional process improvement activities Supports the development and shaping of creative content for business reviews, team meetings, staff meetings, etc. Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action Acts as staffing plan integrator and maintains Adaptative Planning accuracy for the organization Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes Experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives 3+ years of experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership 3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher 3+ years of experience analyzing data to build spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations, and then communicating that analysis to audiences spanning across all levels of the organization 3+ years of experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools 1+ year of experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools Travel: Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.
