• Manage assembly, inspection and demand operations teams
• Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers to ensure they understand and align with organization’s customer needs
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts and prices while ensuring the ability to deliver high-quality products to customers
• Follow actively component price development
• Implement metrics and continuously monitor and assess supplier and team performance
• Continuously suggest improvement initiatives to optimize procurement and logistics processes
• Source components and products according to company requirements
• Ownership ERP data related to products, vendors and purchases
