JDL Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading data centre developer in the Middle East as they look to expand their team with a Senior Manager Procurement.An exciting opportunity to join a major data center development programme in the Middle East, supporting the delivery of complex construction projects through strategic sourcing and supply chain management.

This is a permanent, site-based position offering a competitive salary and benefits package, with significant responsibility across procurement strategy, supplier engagement and tender delivery.

• The OpportunityManage procurement activities across a range of major construction packages and project requirements.
• Develop and manage tender strategies, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets and wider commercial objectives.
• Identify and assess suitable suppliers and subcontractors, including market research, prequalification and supply chain recommendations.
• Oversee the complete tender lifecycle, including preparation, evaluation, negotiation, recommendation and contract award.
• Support the continuous improvement of procurement processes, controls and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive performance and value.
• Provide guidance and leadership to procurement team members across the programme.

• What We're Looking ForExperience within senior procurement, sourcing or supply chain positions.
• Strong construction procurement background, with experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Data center experience highly desirable, particularly within a developer, operator, consultancy or major infrastructure environment.
• International or Middle East experience advantageous.
• Degree in Procurement, Business, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of construction procurement, tendering and commercial processes.
• Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
