Strategic purchasing of developed products (e.g., protein bars, nut butter cups, powders, snacks) Selection, negotiation, and management of co-manufacturers / contract manufacturers across Europe Contract management, including price negotiations, Service Level Agreements, and quality agreements Costing & cost management: Analysis of manufacturing costs, raw material and packaging components, and production cost structures Cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Quality, SCM, Finance, and Legal Close cooperation with the NPD team in the development of new products – from first samples to production release Identification and implementation of cost-saving opportunities (e.g., through recipe optimization, weight adjustment, or supplier consolidation) Market and competitive analysis: Tracking trends, discovering new producers, and monitoring innovations in the functional food & snack segment Your profile 3 - 6 years of experience in Procurement, Category Management, or Supply Chain Management, ideally within FMCG or the food industry. You currently live in Berlin or the surrounding area, or are willing to relocate to Berlin for this opportunity.
