About the Role: MML Hospitality is seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Procurement Manager to oversee all OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) procurement across our properties. This leader will manage the full lifecycle of sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, and cost control for OS&E, ensuring that our hotels and restaurants are equipped with the tools, supplies, and systems needed to deliver best-in-class hospitality. This position requires strong negotiation skills, a strong sense of design, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining MML’s standards of quality and design integrity. The Senior Procurement Manager will also collaborate closely with the Concept Development team to align purchasing with creative and operational goals. Why You’ll Want to Work at MML: Competitive salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Maternity/Paternity leave Employee dining and retail discounts across all MML Hospitality properties Paid time off and flexible scheduling Opportunity to be part of one of Austin’s most iconic hotels and a rapidly growing hospitality group What You’ll Do: Procurement & Vendor Management Lead sourcing and procurement of all OS&E for hotel and restaurant operations Build and maintain relationships with local, regional, and national vendors Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms to ensure cost efficiency and quality Partner with project teams, designers, and operators to align purchasing with design and operational needs Collaborate with the Concept Development team to ensure procurement supports the creative vision of each project Project Oversight & Coordination Manage OS&E budgets, timelines, and purchasing schedules for new openings and renovations Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, design, and finance teams to forecast needs and monitor spend Oversee logistics of deliveries, installations, and vendor performance Systems & Controls Develop and maintain procurement systems, processes, and documentation Implement controls to minimize waste, improve efficiency, and ensure accountability Track purchase orders and monitor supply levels to prevent shortages or overstock Requirements Requirements: 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally in hospitality or related industries Proven experience managing OS&E sourcing and vendor relationships Strong negotiation, budgeting, and project management skills Strong sense of design and aesthetic alignment with brand standards Exceptional organizational and communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet during site visits as needed Background Check: If an offer is extended for this position, you must undergo a comprehensive background check.
