ROLE
Reporting to the Director of Project Services the Senior Procurement Manager plays a key leadership role and is responsible for elevating the company’s procurement function across both U.S. and Canadian business units. This role blends strategic sourcing expertise with contract fluency to ensure competitive bidding, alignment with owner requirements, and timely procurement of critical materials and equipment.
Leveraging experience in both purchasing and contract negotiation, the Senior Purchasing Manager will build structure around procurement planning, strengthen vendor relationships, and ensure that proper commercial flow-downs are applied to all purchasing activities. This role will mentor the procurement team, support early-stage project development, and drive continuous improvement across tools, systems, and processes to support project success and mitigate risk.
