Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Manage supplier relationships through regular evaluations, negotiations, and performance reviews to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for strategic sourcing.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute procurement projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and stakeholder requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a relevant industry.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) or Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations, demonstrating tangible cost savings and quality improvements.
