Position Overview: As a Senior Procurement Officer you will lead procurement activities across our fast-growing operations in the Eastern Region - KSA . You’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective, timely, and compliant procurement of goods and services. This role requires strategic thinking, strong vendor management skills, and the ability to optimize procurement workflows in a dynamic, multicultural environment. What You will do (Responsibilities) : Strategic Procurement Management Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with BRKZ’s growth objectives. Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers. Vendor & Contract Management Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements to maximize value. Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance against KPIs. Compliance & Risk Control Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, regional regulations, and ethical standards. Mitigate risks by diversifying supplier base and monitoring market trends. Workflow Optimization Implement procurement automation tools and streamline approval processes. Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure seamless procurement workflows. Data & Reporting Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and supplier performance dashboards. Present insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making. Who You are (Qualifications) : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and supplier markets in Saudi Arabia Proven negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills. Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and workflow automation tools. Analytical mindset with ability to present data-driven insights.
