We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Procurement Operation Manager (1 year contract), reporting to Head of Procurement. Principal responsibilities Oversee onshore and offshore procurement operational service teams to manage and drive timely and effective invoice processing, Travel & Expenses processing, operational procurement, resource management, transactional sourcing during the overall Procure-to-Pay processes in compliance with policies and procedures. Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations/ substantiation with appropriate remediation and driving continuous improvement through process re-engineering and controlling with stakeholder management Support internal and external audit reviews, and drive remediation plans as needed. Act as primary representative (Third Party Engagement Manager ‘TPEM’) to manage the departmental risks and controls related matters. Prepare and present the required KPI or performance on procurement operation to senior management for reporting. Perform any other duties as assigned.
