Description
Major responsibilities Execute daily procurement activities, including inquiry, bidding, negotiation, purchase order placement, order tracking, inspection, and payment follow-up. Lead sourcing, evaluating, and managing suppliers, maintaining supplier records, and conducting regular supplier performance reviews. Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, or services according to procurement plans and requirements to meet production and project needs. Preparing procurement contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Track purchase order execution, coordinate and resolve issues during delivery, such as quality, lead time, and quantity discrepancies. Collect market information, conduct price trend analysis, and provide data support for procurement decisions. Support procurement process optimization and participate in the use and data maintenance of procurement systems (e.g., ERP) Collaborate with the finance department for reconciliation, invoice processing, and procurement budget control. Other tasks assigned by the leader. Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree or above in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain-related roles; experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or related industries is preferred. Familiar with procurement processes, supplier management, contract management, and relevant legal regulations.] Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and data analysis skills. Proficient in MS Office; experience with procurement systems (e.g., SAP/IBUY/COUPA) is a plus. High sense of responsibility, execution capability, and teamwork spirit.
