POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the procurement of materials and subcontracted services to support internal fabrication and operational needs. This role ensures timely and cost-effective sourcing of electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and structural materials, while also managing relationships with subcontractors both domestically and internationally (primarily in the US and India). The position requires strong ERP-based purchasing experience, with preference for candidates familiar with Odoo.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or fabrication environment.
• Experience with ERP-based purchasing (Odoo experience strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated success in managing subcontractors across multiple geographies.
