Tasks & Responsibilities: Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods/services and accurate payment processing. Manage and support any procurement-related activities required to maintain smooth business operations. Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and approved procedures. Coordinate with the Receiving/Stores team to confirm delivery completion and close purchase orders to enable invoice clearance. Update invoice status and payment confirmation, and communicate required documentation to the Finance team. Prepare cost-analysis reports for vendor services, highlighting cost drivers, savings opportunities, and benchmarking insights. Process advance payment requests and coordinate submissions to Finance in line with approval workflows. Review approved Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for completeness, budget alignment, and policy compliance. Analyze vendor quotations, lead negotiations, and finalize commercial terms and conditions. Issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and distribute them to suppliers, ensuring acknowledgement and adherence. Education Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field The education levels can be replaced by years of experience Experience 5+ years of procurement experience, including strong hands-on PO/PR cycle management (preferably in Fintech, Banking, Tech, or regulated sectors) Skills Solid knowledge of procurement policies, contract terms, and supplier lifecycle management. Proven ability in quotation analysis, negotiation, cost optimization, and vendor performance follow-up. Experience working with ERP / procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
