The Senior Procurement Specialist at Nawy Real Estate is responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement process to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to support construction and real estate projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee procurement activities, ensuring alignment with project requirements and company policies. Conduct supplier evaluations and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to forecast material needs and plan procurement schedules. Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports for management. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Guide and mentor junior procurement staff as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within real estate or construction sectors. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Experience with supplier evaluation and contract management.
