Background MTR Corporation’s Procurement and Supply Chain (P&SC) function oversees circa HKD 20 billion annual expenditure with over 3,000 suppliers across a diverse range of spend categories supporting HKTS BU (rail operations), HK Property BU (commercial malls and residential estates) and Corporate Functions stakeholders. P&SC’s ambition is to be a trusted business partner that consistently delivers recognised value and commercial benefits through supply market expertise, effective commercial strategy and agile ways of working across the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle. P&SC’s Centre of Excellence (COE) team is responsible for planning and implementing the function’s Transformation Strategy 2.0, driving the development of core capabilities across digital enablement, data & analytics, systems innovation, governance and knowledge management, in partnership with P&SC category delivery teams. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced professional to join P&SC’s COE team as COE Senior Manager – Digital Enablement & Analytics. Reporting to the COE Procurement Head, the role leads the development and execution of P&SC’s digital, analytics and AI agenda, enabling insight‑led decision making, improving process efficiency, strengthening governance and enhancing value delivery across the end‑to‑end procurement and supply chain lifecycle. Responsibilities Digital Enablement & Analytics Strategy Define and drive the digital enablement, analytics and AI strategy for P&SC, aligned with the P&SC Transformation Strategy and enterprise digital and AI roadmap. Identify, prioritise and shape data‑driven and advanced analytics use cases across sourcing, contracting, supplier management, risk, ESG and performance management. Lead the planning and implementation of transformation initiatives across data, analytics, automation and enabling technologies, in close partnership with IT, Digital and business stakeholders. Act as the COE focal point for procurement systems, analytics platforms, digital tools and AI enabled solutions, ensuring coherence and avoiding fragmented solutions. Data, Analytics & AI‑Enabled Insights Establish and oversee a robust procurement and supply chain analytics framework covering spend analytics, supplier performance, risk indicators, ESG metrics, value realisation and AI‑enabled insights where appropriate. Define data standards, dashboards and reporting structures to deliver timely, decision‑useful insights to P&SC leadership and business stakeholders. Partner with internal Digital and Data teams to apply advanced analytics and AI techniques to support predictive insights, scenario analysis and decision support where practical and value‑adding. Leverage advanced analytics, visualisation tools and automation to enhance management reporting, scenario analysis and forward looking insights. Monitor and report on P&SC KPIs and analytics outcomes, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution and realised benefits. Procurement Systems, Master Data & Change Management Oversee the support, maintenance and continuous improvement of procurement master data, ensuring data quality, consistency and suitability for reporting and analytics. Govern change management for existing procurement systems, including enhancements, configuration changes, releases and integration impacts. Act as a key business owner and liaison for procurement systems, balancing platform stability with continuous improvement. Process Enablement & Automation Identify opportunities to digitise, streamline and automate procurement and supply chain processes through workflow tools, analytics‑driven controls and intelligent automation. Support integration of digital and analytics tools into procurement processes to improve efficiency, compliance and user experience. Business Partnering & Capability Building Act as a strategic partner to P&SC category teams and business stakeholders, enabling adoption of digital tools, AI enabled solutions, analytics and new ways of working. Lead change management, training and adoption activities related to digital and analytics initiatives. Promote a data‑driven culture and upskill teams in the effective use of analytics and digital platforms. Requirements Degree in Business, Procurement & Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related discipline. Minimum 12 years’ experience across procurement, supply chain, digital enablement, analytics or transformation roles, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. Experience in COE or transformation environments within large, complex organisations. Strong experience in procurement systems, master data management, analytics platforms and data visualisation tools. Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
