The Opportunity In this role you will: Lead end-to-end procurement strategy and delivery, including tendering, bid analysis, negotiation, and contract award Drive value for clients through robust commercial management, including cost planning, supplier performance, and value engineering Oversee project financials, including valuations, cost reporting, variation management, and final accounts Manage commercial risk, including claims, disputes, and loss and expense negotiations Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships, supporting business development and repeat work Support the procurement, coordination and delivery of OFCI packages within the broader project environment Contribute to project delivery through stakeholder coordination, issue resolution, and participation in key meetings Promote best practice in project governance, processes, and safe delivery, including on-site engagement where required Lead and develop team members, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement We would love to hear from you if you: Are an experienced cost manager on large scale construction projects with increasing levels of leadership Are chartered or are on the path to complete it.
