Tailored our offering to thousand of patients in Germany and Japan About the Role (What you'll be doing) Own End-to-End Paid-First Production: Lead the production of high-volume, paid social content (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)—primarily lo-fi to mid-scale shoots. Own execution from pre-production through shoot to final delivery. Be Hands-On on Set: Actively produce and shoot content—this is a roll-up-your-sleeves role. Comfortable running agile shoot days, capturing multiple assets, hooks, and variations efficiently. Collaborate with Creative & Performance Teams: Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, art directors, and performance marketers to turn insights into production-ready content. The strategist defines what to make—you own how it comes to life. Ensure all outputs are built for paid performance, testing, and iteration. Lead the Post-Production Team & Output: Manage and develop your direct reports (5 team members) Oversee the post-production team to ensure fast, high-quality delivery of content. Translate creative and performance direction into clear edit guidance, ensuring outputs align with testing frameworks and campaign goals. Run Agile, High-Volume Production: Plan and execute rapid-fire content days and structured shoots with a focus on efficiency and output. Maximise content per shoot without compromising performance or quality. Drive Production Efficiency: Work alongside Creative Ops Lead to support and improve production workflows. Proactively identify bottlenecks, gaps, and inefficiencies—and take ownership of solving them to enable faster, more scalable output. Bring Platform & Performance Expertise: Stay deeply in tune with what works across paid social—formats, hooks, pacing, and trends. Apply this knowledge directly into how content is produced and delivered. Manage Production Logistics & Resources: Handle shoot logistics, budgets, freelance talent, and vendors across small to mid-scale productions. Balance speed, quality, and cost effectively. Own Footage Organisation & Asset Library: Take ownership of how all shoot footage is organised, tagged, and stored to ensure it’s easily accessible for ongoing use. Build and maintain a structured asset library that enables the team to quickly find, repurpose, and ideate from existing content—supporting faster briefs, iterations, and production cycles. About you (Who you are) 5–8 years experience in content production, with a strong focus on paid social / performance-driven content (Meta, TikTok, YouTube). Proven experience producing lo-fi to mid-scale shoots in fast-paced environments (e.g. DTC brands, agencies, or high-growth startups). Demonstrated ability to deliver high volumes of content from a single shoot—planning for hooks, variations, and iterations from the outset. Experience working closely with creative and performance teams (strategists, copywriters, art directors, performance marketers), translating ideas into production-ready outputs. Strong understanding of paid social creative principles (hooks, pacing, formats, testing, and iteration cycles). Experience leading post-production teams & workflows, including briefing editors and ensuring outputs align with performance goals. Proven ability to improve production efficiency—identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and scaling output without compromising quality. Experience managing production logistics, budgets, freelance talent, and vendors across small to mid-scale shoots.
