We are currently seeking a Senior Producer who is a strategic, client-facing leader responsible for driving the end-to-end production of experiential marketing programs, brand activations, live events, pop-ups, mobile tours,, conferences, and integrated experiences. This role oversees projects from scoping and creative development through onsite execution and reconciliation, ensuring flawless delivery. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with deep production expertise, strong client management instincts, and the ability to lead teams through complex, fast-moving work. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the planning, production, and execution of experiential programs from brief to wrap. Translate client objectives and creative concepts into actionable production plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage multiple program budgets and timelines; have the ability to effectively forecast and track costs in real time, collaborate closely with creative teams and fabrication shops to ensure designs are feasible and in budget Own all onsite execution, including vendor management, staff oversight, safety procedures, and quality control. Manage production needs, including but not limited to fabrication, food and beverage, AV,, site operations, permits, logistics, travel, and staffing. Serve as primary day-to-day contact for mid- and senior-level account leads. Support the account team during client presentations and status calls, confidently speaking on behalf of production; providing strategic recommendations that elevate creative ideas and protect budget and feasibility. Build trust by delivering proactive communication, realistic expectations, and solutions-oriented thinking. Manage internal PO process, track costs in real time to ensure projects deliver within margin targets and lead all post-program budget reconciliation Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors to deliver the best value. Identify financial risks and future opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. Partner with Creative, Strategy, Accounts, and Operations to deliver exceptional work. Oversee, mentor, and manage members of the production teams; delegate responsibilities effectively, and ensure work is upheld to standards and processes Lead internal production meetings, workstreams, and cross-functional and cross-departmental communication. Ensure team alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverablesOversee all permitting, insurance, health & safety plans, venue requirements, and legal documentation. Maintain a nationwide network of vendors to support projects, and cultivate and relationships to enhance project delivery Identify and mitigate production risks early, flagging to internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and agency/vendor policies. Develop workback schedules, production binders, run-of-show documents,, and on-site staff plans. Support account on developing post-event recaps, debriefs, and learnings capturing insights that improve future workflows and project performance. 6-8 years of experience in experiential/event production. Direct management and robust understanding of fabrication, AV, city permit requirements, mobile, food and beverage, and trucking. Experience working with Google Suite. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, resourceful, self-motivated, extremely organized, and detail-oriented. Solutions-oriented when issues arise with clients and projects. Proven ability to successfully lead large projects with multidisciplinary teams/departments. Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to change/shift focus with ease. Broad network of contacts in the experiential marketing industry. Client-facing role within an agency environment. Experience developing and managing seven-figure production budgets. Ability to travel as we produce projects and events across the country. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays A valid driver's license is required for this role Ability to carry up to 20 pounds The salary range for this role is $ 110,000.00 to $ 145,000.00. Where a candidate falls within this band will depend on a combination of factors, including relevant experience, demonstrated performance, specific skills, geographical location, and internal equity.
