This is a hybrid position and must be located within 100 miles of the Mayo Clinic campus in Rochester, MN for occasional on-site expectations based on business needs. As a key member of the Enterprise Event Production team, you will work closely with Mayo Clinic executives and Executive Office staff within the executive suite (C-suite) at our Rochester campus to orchestrate seamless meetings, anticipate needs, and ensure an optimal experience for Mayo Clinic’s executive leaders. A working knowledge of audiovisual production equipment is essential to be successful in this role. This position will also support unit operations, including project intake, billing and invoicing, budget management, vendor coordination, and related administrative processes. Responsible for high level of administrative, logistical and technical duties in the pre-production and production of live and scripted programs. Will be responsible for creation of highly complex video programming, such as documentary, historical, Staff/employee education, patient education, executive communications, benefactor programming, news releases, long format scripted programs for staff/Physician/ consultant/scientist support and clinical documentation. These videos will have a very high level of quality with very high level of complexity. Works independently a majority of the time and utilizes and demonstrates organizational skills, creativity, self-motivation, and a high degree of production skill. Must have ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously including budget development and management.
