Responsibilities

OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES

CBS Digital is looking for an experienced Sr. Producer, Digital with deep experience in the entertainment space to help grow our digital footprint across YouTube, social media, and FAST channels. Part special projects producer and editor, part YouTube strategist, you’ll bring your expertise to help build digital revenue for some of our biggest CBS brands through day-to-day production and development of digital content. The right candidate will embrace new content trends with a strategic ability to identify what people want to watch and share. You’ll bring a keen understanding of how to read digital analytics, implement tactics to drive channel growth, have deep experience honing production and editing workflows, a demonstrated ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, and a natural ability to tell good, stylish stories.
Above all, this position requires exemplary editorial judgement, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Screen CBS/Paramount TV shows to identify key moments for both long-form and short-form promotional videos, focusing on content monetization
  • Work with video editors to create polished video content
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all materials comply with IP regulations
  • Write engaging, SEO-friendly copy for social media posts
  • Manage and distribute video content across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentRead trends and analytics and implement strategies and tactics to facilitate channel growth
