SENIOR PRODUCER IN-STORE MEDIA NETWORK

PRN seeks an In-Store Media Producer to service key accounts in launching and growing large-scale in-store retail media networks. The ideal candidate approaches problem-solving with creativity and analytical thinking, drawing upon rich experience in hands-on motion graphics production, a strong and relevant creative background, and a passion for client service.
Typically, this role is filled by those who have managed teams and produced for interactive, broadcast or integrated marketing projects – either with an agency, client, or production company. A strong eye for detail, a keen interest in generating strong client relationships via content & shopper strategy, a refined design sensibility, and a collaborative teamwork mentality are key qualities we seek. An ability to lead creative development and produce (oversee) first-rate motion graphics short-form content that serves a larger strategic vision is critical for success. An understanding of the in-store environment, shopper marketing, and the retail media ecosystem is of value.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Significant industry experience and strong portfolio of excellent work, demonstrating command over all major production disciplines and practices (i.e. broadcast design, short-form/long-form content, scriptwriting, etc.)
• A deep understanding and adherence to brand guidelines, brand voice & tone is essential
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, writing skills and leadership abilities
• A comfort level and experience with high profile retail accounts is preferred
• Strong client-facing presentation skills are required
• A curiosity about the latest media trends, TV specs and technologies is strongly encouraged
• Ability to effectively manage budgets and vendor relationships
• Familiarity in digital compression, the latest file sharing protocols and delivery systems required
• Familiarity with both PC and Mac-based technologies, and a general understanding of creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
