Description

Location : Montreal Canada
Type : Full-time
We is looking for a Senior Producer with the leadership presence, organizational strength, and creative energy to help guide our team through the next stage of development. This isn’t just a producer role—it’s a springboard to Executive Producer-level ownership, for someone ready to grow into a bigger seat.
We’re a small, scrappy team building a first-person extraction shooter in Unreal Engine 5, designed to reward tactical creativity, risk-taking, and high-stakes decision-making. The experience is fast, player-driven, and shaped by user-generated content. We’re aiming for premium quality with independent agility, and we need a production leader who can match that ambition.

What You’ll Do

  • Own production for a major area of the game, collaborating daily with art, design, engineering, and leadership to turn vision into executable plans.
  • Create and manage development schedules that are clear, realistic, and aligned with team bandwidth and company goals.
  • Keep the team focused and moving forward—tracking progress, solving problems, and adjusting to change without slowing momentum.
  • Use lightweight, intentional process (yes, including Jira) to reduce friction, not create it.
  • Help shape a culture of trust, accountability, and creativity—balancing structure with space for iteration and innovation.
  • Champion tools and workflows that increase speed and effectiveness, especially in ways that reflect the evolving landscape of modern development

You Have…

  • 6+ years of experience as a Producer in games, with at least 2 years at a Senior level.
  • Shipped or worked extensively on a multiplayer, action, or live service game—ideally in Unreal.
  • A strong, energetic leadership style that inspires confidence and earns buy-in.
  • The ability to rally a team and get the best from them, even under pressure.
  • A sharp sense of what matters vs. what’s noise, and how to keep the focus on player impact.
  • A builder’s mindset—open to new workflows and emerging tech that improve output without disrupting creativity.
  • Excellent communication skills, and a knack for building bridges between disciplines.

Bonus Points For…

  • Experience with FPS or extraction-based gameplay.
  • A background in startup environments or lean development teams.
  • Familiarity with user-generated content or systems-driven design.
  • Passion for shaping team culture and mentoring junior producers.

Why Ironbelly?
We’re not just building a game—we’re building a platform for creativity, community, and competition. This is a visually striking, high-stakes shooter that empowers players to take risks, make bold moves, and create their own content. At our core, we’re a group of experienced developers who believe in working smart, supporting each other, and keeping the fire lit. If that sounds like you, let’s talk
