KIGI aims to support 6-10 teams annually with program durations ranging from six months to one year. Additionally, KRAFTON India has invested over $150 million in the Indian market in the past two years and has committed an additional $150 million to the Indian start-up ecosystem over the next three years. [ABOUT THE ROLE] We are seeking an experienced Game Producer to lead production from concept to live operations. You will drive roadmaps, set up processes, and align cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality games on time and within budget. This role is central to balancing creative vision with execution and ensuring engaging live-ops and post-launch success. [Responsibilities] Project Leadership & Delivery Define and manage production roadmaps across multiple features. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. Balance creative ambition with operational feasibility. Process & Pipeline Setup Build frameworks for sprint planning, milestone tracking, and greenlight reviews. Oversee resource allocation across internal teams and external studios. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the bridge between creative (Game Design), technical (Engineering/Architecture), and product (PMs/UA) teams. Facilitate playtests, feedback cycles, and iteration loops. Live-Ops & Post-Launch Management Collaborate with PMs to plan and deliver live-ops content, events, and updates. Coordinate with Marketing/UA teams for launch readiness and post-launch scaling. [Key Requirements] 5–10 years of production experience, with at least 3 years as a Producer. Proven track record of delivering mobile or casual games from concept to live operations. Strong knowledge of game development pipelines, live-ops cycles. Excellent project management skills (Agile/Scrum, Jira, Trello, or equivalent). Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and drive focus in fast-moving, experimental environments. Strong interpersonal skills to manage creative personalities, technical challenges, and external partnerships.
