The Senior Producer Resource Manager (Sr. PRM) supports HUB regional sales leaders with the goal of driving sales revenue from new prospects and existing clients. The Sr. PRM generates and qualifies leads, identifies opportunities for cross selling, and directly increases the amount of time sales leaders focus on selling and closing opportunities, playing a vital role in the pre-sale process at HUB International. This position will report to the Director of Sales Enablement and supports HUB Producers in multiple HUB Super Regions. A Sr. PRM role is an exciting opportunity to be a strategic part of the sales process, without the cold calling. Additionally, it’s an excellent position for someone to build skills necessary for a subsequent role in sales, marketing, sales operations, or sales enablement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is preferred.
  • 4+ years’ work experience in business development, communications, marketing research/analysis
  • Investigative approach and knack with data to uncover opportunities
  • Exceptional communicator and rapport builder
  • Highly organized, master of multi-tasking with an inherent sense of urgency and accountability
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Motivated to exceed goals and drive new business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, particularly Excel
  • Proven experience with a CRM system required
  • Overall knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
  • Up to 10% travel depending on the needs of the sales leaders this role supports
