The Senior Producer Resource Manager (Sr. PRM) supports HUB regional sales leaders with the goal of driving sales revenue from new prospects and existing clients. The Sr. PRM generates and qualifies leads, identifies opportunities for cross selling, and directly increases the amount of time sales leaders focus on selling and closing opportunities, playing a vital role in the pre-sale process at HUB International. This position will report to the Director of Sales Enablement and supports HUB Producers in multiple HUB Super Regions. A Sr. PRM role is an exciting opportunity to be a strategic part of the sales process, without the cold calling. Additionally, it’s an excellent position for someone to build skills necessary for a subsequent role in sales, marketing, sales operations, or sales enablement.
