Expect the Unexpected.    We currently have a 10-month opportunity starting January 2026 to join the Kyle & Jackie O show as our Senior Producer & Talent Relations to secure compelling guests and actively contribute to our world class content.   The Role: Hear It. Love It. KIIS It.   Drive and deliver world class content that will increase our cume/share of listening by creating standout show moments. Be the first in market and proactively book trending guests that are key to KJ’s target demographic. Develop probing questions and audio that might be required for interviews/guests. Work with the on and off-air team to own and create best in class content and source exclusive angles/fresh takes on trending stories that create a buzz in show and on social media. Actively contribute to the show’s planning in order to achieve key show strategies . Maintain strong relationships with record companies, movie companies, press, TV, social media & public relations companies Ensure Industry Codes and Standards are adhered to and safeguard the brand by ensuring content aligns with the KIIS brand and commercial standards.   About You:    A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a metropolitan station, where you’ve been able to refine your communication style on and off the air! Think creatively & contribute great content ideas! Working knowledge of the Commercial Radio Codes of Practice. Genuine interest in pop culture, sport, & news topics relevant to the KJ audience and able to demonstrate an acute understanding of digital media consumption for the KIIS audience profile and what interests them. You can confidently and autonomously manage and deliver multiple assignments, while working with multiple stakeholders and daily deadlines, in a fast-paced and results-driven environment You are the ultimate KJ/ KIIS brand ambassador!
