Join our award-winning game development team and help create our next AAA title. We are looking for a Senior Producer to join our team and help us build unforgettable AAA experiences. The Senior Producer will partner closely with designers, engineers, and artists to bring core features to life, keeping the team organized, focused, and supported every step of the way. We’re looking for someone who is just as comfortable digging into Jira dashboards as they are having an honest, empathetic conversation when the pressure is on. This position will report to the Lead Producer over features. Responsibilities Own the planning and delivery of key gameplay and technical features from concept to ship Build and maintain clear roadmaps, prioritized sprint boards, and organized backlogs using Jira as your go-to tool Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inter- and intra-team dependencies and risks to keep production running smoothly Identify and drive relevant discussions around iteration, prioritization, scoping, and schedule balancing Communicate progress, risks, and changes in a transparent, constructive, and supportive way Keep development moving forward by anticipating problems and proactively helping solve them Create an environment where collaboration, accountability, and creativity can thrive Playtest with the studio, design, and art teams to iterate based on playtest feedback and player experience Requirements 5+ years of production experience on AAA titles, ideally with a focus on cross-functional, full pipeline feature development Expert with Jira (Jira Plans or Structure experience a Plus), including structuring workflows, dashboards, and reporting for complex projects; Confluence, and Google Suite experience Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment Warm, approachable communication style (both written and verbal), with the ability to stay calm and clear under pressure A proven track record of helping cross-discipline teams deliver great work together Embody our project management core values of steady leadership, teamwork, and data-informed decision making Preferences Familiarity with Perforce Experience mentoring or coaching other producers Background in gameplay, systems, or technical production Experience with the FPS genre and/or enemy NPC development Benefits Some of the benefits and perks our employees get to enjoy, include: 100% Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage for you and your family 401k Matching Student Loan Repayment Plan / College Savings Plan Career Improvement Plan Flexible Work Arrangements - In-House, Hybrid, and Remote Generous Time Off Policy Company Events - In-Person + Virtual Events Fully Stocked Kitchen + Sponsored Food Trucks The estimated base pay range for this role is: $115,000 - $150,000 USD We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
