Are you ready to dive into the world of cutting-edge video game development? Headquartered in Montreal, Behaviour Interactive is at the forefront of the gaming industry, crafting unforgettable experiences across PC, console, and mobile platforms. We’re a dynamic, independent studio of over 1200 passionate employees, with studios in Toronto (Behaviour Toronto), Rotterdam (Behaviour Rotterdam) and in the UK (Behaviour UK–North & South). Our day to day revolves around two core business focuses: Services and Original Games. Our Services team collaborates with gaming and entertainment giants like Disney, Sony, Activision, and Nintendo, delivering exceptional work-for-hire development and pioneering immersive location-based entertainment (LBE). Meanwhile, our Original Games unit pushes our creative limits, with our signature IPs, including the iconic Dead by Daylight. Join us and be a part of the future of interactive entertainment!
At Behaviour Interactive, we believe in giving everyone a fair shot. We embrace a diverse and creative environment where everyone is celebrated. We value folks of all ages, sex, ethnicity, colour, ethnic or national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, civil status, disability, or any other protected characteristics as per applicable law.
Our Production team is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Producer to join our team and help us push our Work For Hire business to the next level. As a Senior Producer reporting to the Executive Producer, you will lead a dynamic and multidisciplinary team to create and manage the development of large-scale game projects. You will oversee projects at various parts of the development cycle, while ensuring that the client’s vision, budget, and timeline are met. A key aspect of your role will be managing client relationships and setting realistic expectations. Your ability to deliver a high-quality product that aligns with the client’s expectations and industry standards is crucial.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring clear communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for pivotal client interactions, putting clients at ease by articulating the rationale behind action plans and accurately interpreting their needs.
  • Lead multiple medium-sized teams, inspiring and guiding them to achieve project goals.
  • Work closely with associate producers, producers, executive producers, and directors to ensure the project’s vision, deadlines, and budget are respected.
  • Regularly conduct risk analyses and develop mitigation plans to address issues and ensure successful project development.
  • Engage, guide, and manage team members to help them achieve their objectives.
  • When necessary, manage relationships with third parties such as suppliers and partners.
  • Allocate resources according to the budget to ensure optimal project growth and efficiency.
  • Produce and manage budget reports, ensuring project profitability and the achievement or exceeding of objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and tools for effective project management.
