As a Senior Producer at Univrse, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and delivery of our innovative projects. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring that timelines are met and projects are executed to the highest standards. Working closely with our creative and technical teams, you will facilitate communication, cohesion, and foster a collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include: Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution. Overseeing and mentoring production teams, including Producers and Associate Producers. Collaborating with studio leadership to define project goals, strategies, and deliverables. Facilitating regular team meetings, progress reports, and stakeholder updates. Conducting risk management assessments to proactively address potential project challenges. Fostering a culture of innovation and creative problem-solving within the production team. Ensuring high-quality outputs that align with Univrse’s creative vision and standards. 5+ years of experience in production roles within the gaming, animation, or immersive technology sectors. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale production projects on time and within budget. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring junior staff. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex project dynamics effectively. A strong passion for XR technologies and an understanding of current trends in the industry. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
