We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to contribute to the evolution of Tabby. The Product Analyst will work with our Buyer Experience Product team, whose main goal is to improve customers’ general and most important CJMs in the Tabby Marketplace and digital buyer support.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a data/product analyst.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau / LookerStudio / Amplitude.
  • Experience in planning data structures for new products and features.
  • Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, scikit-learn, etc.)
  • Experience in building extensive customer segmentation is a plus.
  • Experience in working with marketplace-related products is a plus.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in designing and conducting A/B tests is a must.
  • Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with business and product teams. At least an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency is required.
  • Passionate about ensuring the quality of the products your team would deliver. Strong motivation to develop your skills with a strong team.
Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support to product and business teams across all aspects of their work, including evaluating customers’ funnel metrics, UX, and content performance.
  • Work on separate features like the in-store sellers map, customer reviews, and plenty of entity personalization tools on the Marketplace.
  • Build customer segmentations on different levels and scale them as a product decision-making tool.
  • Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present your findings clearly and compellingly, highlighting the importance of your insights.
  • Regularly work with several stakeholders, including product and merchandising teams, on fundamental research and one-time requests.
  • Support and monitor existing Tabby Shop metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop new metrics that inform decision-making across the organization.
  • Develop data visualizations and reports that are informative and easily understood by business and product teams.
  • Assist in the planning of necessary data structures and data quality improvements.
