Job Description Your responsibilities: Act as a bridge between Product teams and the Data organization, translating business needs into data requirements. Partner with Product Managers to define, analyze, and interpret business and product metrics to enable clear, reliable decision-making. Own and oversee event tracking – define requirements, validate implementation, and ensure consistency over time. Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Consultants to build and improve production-ready data models for Product Analytics. Use Databricks (SQL / Spark) to analyze business performance and user behavior, as well as present insights in Power BI. Support A/B tests by defining success metrics and interpreting results. Qualifications Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or similar analytical role. Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in cloud data platforms (Databricks is a plus) Proven experience in KPI defining and Event Tracking. Familiarity with Reporting Tools (Power BI - is a plus). Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and consult stakeholders. Fluency in both Polish and English (B2+). Nice to have: Exposure to e-commerce platforms or products.
