As a Sr Product Delivery Associate within the International Consumer Bank, you will be responsible for creating US/Canada/UK Tax reports for ICB customers and ensuring they are complete and accurate before submission. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a large number of stakeholders internally within ICB and across the wider firm, applying your expertise in tax reporting regulations and internal controls to ensure compliance. This role offers a chance to support the design, development, validation, testing, and deployment of ICB Tax Reports, adapting to changes in tax reporting regulations or new market launches. Job responsibilities: Oversee the production and submission of ICB Tax reports. Analyze how tax reporting regulations impact the business. Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure tax compliance. Escalate technical questions to management, and to Corporate Tax if required. Apply the Control Environment, Operating Model, Process Tools, and Documentation, ensuring technology support is in place to comply with tax reporting regulations. Conduct investigations, ad-hoc analyses, and respond to queries from internal and external requests. Support the design, development, validation, testing, and deployment of ICB Tax Reports in response to changes in tax reporting regulations or when launching new products and/or entering new markets. Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders internally within ICB and across the wider Firm. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Extensive experience with planning, prioritising and delivering internal/external reports At least 3 years of experience in reporting/financial environment Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders Attention to detail and working with large data sets/reports Independent in decision-making as well as able to take direction and work as a team player Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Strong communication skills Ability to critically review and challenge numbers / strong analytical skills Flexibility to work under pressure to meet changing work requirements and regulatory deadlines Proactive and self-starting individual with high levels of ownership Experience/awareness of Agile principles, processes, and best practices JIRA/Confluence experience and Advanced Excel skills would be an advantage.
