Responsibilities

THE ROLE AND THE TEAM

In this role, you’ll be embedded in our Product & Tech Team at Tradebyte, where you’ll shape and deliver intuitive, visually compelling experiences across our next-generation products. You’ll bring exceptional visual design skills, a passion for craft, and an experimental mindset to create customer-centric solutions that delight users while driving business goals. With strong UI/UX fundamentals, you’ll help elevate the product experience through art direction, illustration, and motion design.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Shape the experience and visual direction of Tradebyte products, from concepts and experiments to polished, high-fidelity UI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate problem definition, complex ideas and, business goals into clear, elegant design concepts that surprise and delight.
  • Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new features, being literate in motion, transitions, and microinteractions to bring moments of joy.
  • Contribute to and evolve Tradebyte’s design system by proposing new patterns, components, and visual principles where needed.
  • Share knowledge, inspire others through design reviews and critiques, and push the visual quality and conceptual ambition of your team’s work.
  • Support a culture of feedback, co-creation, and continuous learning by facilitating workshops and design sprints.
