Lead design projects in your squad from start to finish

- - from discovery and user research to polished designs and prototypes
- Collaborate with product and engineering to define requirements, prioritise work and bring features to life
- Champion consistent, accessible, user-first design through every part of the product
- Contribute to and evolve our design system to support scalable, high-quality experiences
- Help foster a strong design culture by sharing knowledge, giving feedback and staying curious
