Senior Product Designer
Aug 6, 2025
New York, NY
Summary
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the evolution of our Daily Harvest’s digital experience. You’ll play a key role in shaping our product vision—translating early-stage ideas into thoughtful prototypes, validated concepts, and polished user interfaces. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, is confident in ambiguity, and is excited to build impactful consumer experiences in food, wellness, or lifestyle spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product design process—from concept and discovery to wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and developer handoff.
  • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to define requirements and translate business goals into UX solutions.
  • Design in Figma (or similar tools), leveraging reusable components, design systems, and interactive prototypes.
  • Lead and conduct UX research, usability testing, and customer interviews to validate ideas and identify areas for improvement.
  • Operate in ambiguous, early-stage problem spaces, using low-fidelity sketches or concepts to explore solutions and drive alignment.
  • Help evolve and scale our design language/system for consistency and efficiency across the platform.
  • Contribute to the overall product

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of product design experience in consumer technology, ecommerce, or DTC brands.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing real-world examples of web and/or mobile design work with measurable impact.
  • Deep hands-on experience in Figma (or similar platform), including prototyping, collaboration, and systematized UI design.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing tools/methods.
  • Ability to design in high-ambiguity situations—turning rough concepts or early product ideas into concrete prototypes and direction.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to advocate for design and balance user needs with business goals.
