MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of experience as a product designer
  • Strong product sense (you think of a product as a whole, rather than a set of screens)
  • Experience with launching experiments and A/B testing
  • Passion for design and product-led growth

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working at a startup, as an early employee or founder
  • Comfortable shipping fast to learn fast
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Learning mindset
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Craft well-functioning, beautiful products that users love, and are eager to recommend
  • Continuously study users across Clutch’s products to identify opportunities for product-led growth
  • Launch experiments, measure the success of your designs and iterate on them
  • Optimize Clutch’s internal products that fuel various departments
  • Work directly with our design lead, marketers, and engineers
