We collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data to ensure those principles are front and center in the features we develop. The Localization and Communications Platform Team Mission is to build and maintain consolidated and scalable infrastructure and tools to enable engineering, marketing, and supply teams to deliver consistent, personalized, and relevant communications across multiple channels, in our customers’ preferred language. Your mission Design and iterate with your team on high quality communication channels including email, push notifications, SMS experiences. Partner with design systems to enable modular frameworks for our communication channels Partner closely with Marketing and Brand to understand their messaging needs. Craft high-quality experiences and interfaces across web and apps. You will leverage qualitative and quantitative insights in making day-to-day design and product decisions. Work with UX researchers to plan strategic research initiatives and test your own designs. Work closely with Content Design to structure and iterate upon your designs. Develop a strong, user-centered point of view on your product area and collaboratively advocate for user needs and your vision. You will mentor other designers and give constructive feedback to strengthen your peers’ decision-making skills and quality of work. Collaborate with your stakeholders to facilitate alignment, create shared understanding, and communicate your design rationale. Your toolkit Minimum 6 years’ experience with end-to-end product design in a startup, SMB, large company with a digital offering. Experience with Messaging experiences, B2C/B2B platforms, customer-facing platforms, e-commerce and mobile products are a huge advantage. A problem-solving mindset, focusing on outcomes and not output, and applying user feedback or a/b testing tools to validate hypotheses. Proven track-record in leading large design projects that demonstrate a user-centered approach and high-quality deliverables. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Examples that demonstrate an understanding of and ability to contribute to visual design, including branding, composition, and UI components. Able to bring ideas to life through prototyping through simple click-thru mock-ups. Demonstrable ability to present design concepts and final designs, articulate the decision rationale behind them, and build a product vision. Be proactive and comfortable with working autonomously. Experience working closely within cross-disciplinary product teams, including Product Managers and Engineers. A history of strong communication and collaboration with other functional roles is essential. An understanding of how UX impacts business objectives and KPIs.
