Responsibilities

OUR PURPOSE

✅ Empower Australian businesses to trade confidently with their customers.

YOUR ROLE & TEAM

Are you passionate about solving real customer problems and designing experiences that make a difference? As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in helping us reshape the trade credit landscape, making commercial risk insights accessible to all Australian businesses.
You’ll work as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team to design intuitive and trustworthy experiences that span the entire customer journey. Your work will empower businesses to make smarter, more confident credit decisions that drive real impact.
This role reports directly to the Head of Product Design and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions out of our Sydney CBD Office.

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE AND ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Partner closely with the Product Manager and Lead Engineer on your team to scope, shape, and deliver high-impact product experiences.
  • Drive the design process from discovery to release, making informed delivery decisions that balance short-term value with long-term product vision.
  • Champion simplicity in design, not by oversimplifying, but by making complex workflows intuitive and easy to understand.
  • Strategically balance customer needs with business goals, always advocating for usability and trust.
  • Conduct customer research, analyse data, map out user flows, and validate ideas through continuous discovery.
  • Own and evolve the user experience within your product area, becoming a subject matter expert.
  • Run design workshops, align stakeholders, and bring clarity to complex problems.
  • Collaborate with the broader design team to maintain design consistency, raise our design bar, and contribute to shared patterns and systems.
  • Share work early and often, providing and welcoming feedback.
