Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Customer Lifecycle Team, part of the Growth & Retention stream. This team is on a mission to drive long-term user value by shaping key lifecycle moments: onboarding, activation (aha-moment), reactivation, retention, and ongoing engagement.
You’ll play a leading role in designing the experiences that make users feel at home with Tabby — from their very first interaction to becoming loyal, repeat customers. Your goal: help users see and feel the value of Tabby in their everyday lives.
This includes building personalized, meaningful journeys that adapt to each user’s needs, behaviours, and shopping preferences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design intuitive onboarding experiences that build trust and guide users through their first steps with Tabby.
  • Craft activation flows from scratch that lead users to their first “aha moment”—getting what they want now and paying later.
  • Build personalized communication touchpoints in the app that guide and delight users throughout their lifecycle.
  • Design retention and reactivation strategies, using personalization to remind users why Tabby matters to them.
  • Create dynamic, adaptive experiences that respond to how users engage—so Tabby feels tailored to their habits and preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with your product manager and also with product managers and designers from financial team, engineers, marketing, ux researchers, ux writer and data teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end experiences.
  • Use experimentation, user insights, and behavioral data to continuously refine and optimize what you build.
