Join us in shaping the future of learning and workforce development.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team as a key leader within our product group—balancing hands-on design execution with strategic collaboration alongside Product Management and Engineering. In this role, you’ll lead cross-product initiatives, partner with stakeholders across the organization, and mentor junior designers to help grow their craft and confidence.
You’ll have the opportunity to influence strategy, shape user experiences end-to-end, and drive high-impact outcomes in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. If you thrive on solving complex, ambiguous problems, love mentoring others, and are excited to lead design throughout the entire product development lifecycle—this could be your next big move.
